Congressional hearings put a specific claim into the public record: that the government possesses craft, and biological evidence, of non-human origin. Testimony is evidence of what a witness said under oath. It is not, by itself, the craft or the biology.

The X lane treats the oath as the end of the argument. Clips circulate with the strongest sentence pulled forward and the hedge pulled out. A hearing is a place where claims are spoken. It is not a laboratory, and it is not a declassification.

What can be read in public is thinner. Sensor reports, inspector-general language, and agency statements acknowledge unidentified objects and a history of secrecy around aerospace programs. They do not currently publish a non-human vehicle or a non-human tissue sample. The gap between 'unidentified' and 'non-human' is the whole file.

A released sensor package, a catalogued artifact, or a biomedical record with a chain of custody would move this claim. Another clip of the same hearing will not.

Information on file

Desk notes are appended as the lane changes. They sit under the claim so a mark can follow the file, not the first draft.

  1. Desk note

The hearing clip is circulating again

A fresh wave of posts is the same sworn sentence, cropped tighter. No new exhibit was attached in this pass. The file stays on the distance between testimony and a releasable record.

  2. Desk note

    Kept 'unidentified' and 'non-human' apart

Several posts use the two phrases as synonyms. They are not. Unidentified is a statement about the current file. Non-human origin is the claim under the meter.
